• All AI outputs are advisory and automated — they do not constitute professional advice.
• AI may have biases based on training data — we actively work to identify and mitigate these.
• AI scores should not be the sole factor in hiring decisions.
• We do not use AI to make final hiring/rejection decisions — all final decisions are made by employers/candidates.

5.1 What We Store

• Profile information, resumes, and application history.
• Verification results (status only — Aadhaar numbers are not stored permanently).
• AI scores and mock interview transcripts.
• Payment transaction records (no card numbers).

• We never sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use facial recognition technology.

• Internal employees and directors are prohibited from using the platform for personal hiring without disclosure.

8. Security Vulnerability Disclosure

8.1 Responsible Disclosure Program

We welcome security researchers to report vulnerabilities responsibly:

• Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have patched them.
• Do not access, modify, or delete other users' data during testing.
• We commit to acknowledging reports within 48 hours and providing a fix timeline within 7 days.
