Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines on cancellations, refunds, and non-refundable services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to payments made on SmartHire247 for subscriptions, training/course purchases, employer credits, and related paid services.

2. Subscription Plans

  • You may cancel auto-renewal anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • Current cycle fees are generally non-refundable once service access has started.
  • If duplicate/erroneous billing occurs, contact support within 7 days for review.

3. Course Purchases / Enrollments

  • Refund requests are considered only if no substantial course usage has occurred.
  • After course access, batch allocation, or certificate issuance, refunds may be declined.
  • Center transfer requests (where available) may be offered instead of refund.

4. Employer Credits / Verification Credits

  • Consumed credits are non-refundable.
  • Unused credits may be reviewed for partial adjustment as per plan terms.

5. Processing Timeline

  • Refund decisions are usually made within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway/bank timelines.
